My life is officially over.
Missy Eliott (my girl for life), Luda, Common, and Erykah Badu all together for one night in New York. Hammerstein Ballroom, 15 bucks for floor tickets. Special guests! Sounds amazing right?

After being uptown for about three seconds today, I have decided that once my children reach the age of twelve, they will be given to a stranger and returned to me when they are ready for high school. Why you ask?
Because I believe middle schoolers could possibly be the most annoying age group on the planet. They are just so loud, and obnixious, and basically lame, especially the kids that are convinced they are the coolest motherfunkers in the world. Simply, they aren't.
And of course no offense to any of you who have siblings that are in middle school, because it most instances they are especially cool (or at least not that horrible breed of adolescent).
